Description

This is a set of seven American Walnut Armchairs, Model C-108, designed by Jens Risom for Risom Designs in 1948 shortly after his departure from Knoll. This set dates to the 1960s, and the listed price includes the set of seven chairs as shown. Their design features a walnut frame having angular arms, and has an upholstered fabric seat and back. The fabric has a geometric-circular theme, with shades of gray, tan and brown.

Each chair measures 24 inches long, 24 inches wide, and 32.25 inches high. They have a seat height of 18.5 inches, and an arm height of 26.25 inches. The pieces have some light scuffs and scratches on their wood frames, and the upholstery fabric is in great shape. There is slight fading to the wood. Overall, this set is in very good condition.
