Description
This is a floating wall-mount credenza, Model 121 W-1, initially designed by Florence Knoll for Knoll Inc. in 1956. This example dates to the 1960s. The piece features a walnut case, and it has two lacquered-wood drop down doors, revealing adjustable shelves and open storage. The frame of the piece is steel, and it has nice quality leather pulls.
The credenza measures 15.25 inches deep, 72 inches wide, and 17.35 inches high. This piece does show wear consistent with age and use, including scratches and surface blemishes to the walnut case. It can be professionally refinished for modest additional charge if desired. Leather pulls can also be redone if desired. Overall, this credenza is in good vintage condition. Please see photos.
