The cooking surface features 6 sealed dual-ring brass burners, totaling 120,000 BTU. All burners, each at 20,000 BTU, can simmer precisely at 1,000 BTU. Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates facilitate easy sliding of pots or pans off heat over the enamel cooktop cavity, simplifying spill cleanup. The 5.36 cu. ft. gas oven, with a 30,000 BTU output and infrared red mesh broiler, enclosed in a blue enamel interior, offers optional convection for precise, and consistent cooking on multiple levels. For convenient viewing, a 3-layer glass oven door window is included. The package includes 3 telescopic stainless-steel oven racks, wok support, and an LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc-coated illuminated metal knobs with bezel rings ensure enduring beauty.
