Cabbage – Chef Jeff ‘Early’

Description

This heirloom garden variety is one of the sweetest, best tasting green cabbages available. The solid round heads weigh 2 to 3 pounds each and I like to use them fresh is sauerkraut and cole slaw or cooked in soups and stews. This early cabbage thrives in cool weather. 65-75 days to maturity.
