Unique French doors provide up to 12 inches of additional access space, making loading and unloading large dishes easier and safer. The rangetop includes 6 sealed burners totaling 83,000 BTU, including a 20,000 BTU dual-ring brass burner that can simmer as low as 1,000 BTU for delicate tasks. Continuous cast iron grates offer a stable cooking surface and smooth movement across an enamel surface that contains spills for quick cleaning. The 5.36 cu. ft. convection oven, with a total output of 30,000 BTU and speckled blue enamel interior, is equipped with a convection fan for fast, precise cooking. A 3-layer glass oven door window provides excellent visibility. Accessories include 2 telescopic oven racks, wok support, reversible griddle, air fry basket kit with drip pan, and an LP conversion kit. Zinc-coated illuminated metal knobs with bezel rings offer long-lasting style and function.
