Description

The Plié Wall Shelf is part of the 2019 German Design Awards-winning Plié shelving system that offers simple solutions for organizing, displaying and storing your belongings. The Wall Shelf uses the least amount of powder-coated aluminum possible which, folded, results in a lightweight, yet highly robust structure. The unit is fixed on the wall with just four screws. The Wall Shelf is made to adapt to any interior, from contemporary workspace to private living environments, giving books and other small items a subtle and timeless frame.

Plié was designed by Cesare Bizzotto and Tobias Nitsche. Known for developing innovative and forward-thinking solutions while keeping an edge in their aesthetics, the duo met during their masters degree at ECAL, Switzerland, and have been developing industrial products in the fields of furniture and lighting ever since.
